Tribal Feasts & Pagan Gods

The ancient Irish were obsessed with magic and the importance of ritual. As was the case with most country people of that long gone age, they, our predecessors, believed that a magical streak, capable of exerting power, existed in every aspect of their life and surroundings. Consequently their main concern was to do their utmost to utilise this power to their own advantage and benefit. This they achieved through innumerable means and rituals. Much ancient material is avaliable consisting of mythical tales purporting to be historical, druidical activitties, the main pagan feasts and the identity of many tribal gods.
